The Process

How it works

Shipping overseas sounds complicated. In practice, your part is four steps — whether you are sending a car, a container of household goods, or commercial freight.

Request a quote

Tell us what you are shipping and where it is going. For a vehicle, include the VIN if you have it — it lets us quote accurately instead of giving you a range. We reply within one business day with an all-in price.

Deliver your cargo

Drop it at our loading warehouse, or we arrange collection from an auction, a dealer or your address. We confirm receipt — and on vehicles, run the VIN and lien check before anything is loaded.

We load and sail

Your cargo is loaded, the container sealed, and photographic proof taken. We handle export documentation and the bill of lading, then send you a tracking reference.

Collect at the port

Follow the vessel online through to arrival. We make sure the paperwork is ready so collection at the destination port is straightforward.
